We have learned that on 30 October 2020, Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau, State Administration of Taxation, Shanghai Taxation Bureau and Shanghai Medical Security Bureau jointly issued a notice regarding Announcement on the Payment of Corporate Social Insurance Premiums to Tax Authorities that from 1 November 2020, all the social insurance premiums of enterprise employees will be uniformly imposed by the tax authorities.

Good news! 2 CPA of ECOVIS Ruide China selected for Outstanding Talents in CPA industry

According to the notice of the Shanghai Institute of Certified Public Accountants (SICPA), the 10th selection of Outstanding Talents in Certified Public Accountants industry has been completed. Through written exam and interview, 60 Certified Public Accountants have been recruited. Cokine WANG and Jing JIN, two Certified Public Accountants of ECOVIS Ruide China, signed up for the selection. Both of them successfully passed the interview and were officially selected with 100% pass rate.

Companies that are not registered in Beijing will no longer be allowed to entrust Beijing human resources service agencies to withhold payments

We are informed that on June 30, 2020, the Beijing Municipal Social Security Center issued a "Notice on issues related to the participation of labor dispatch enterprises and human resource service enterprises in social insurance" with the tendency to strictly control the social security payment. According to this article, after July 5, 2020, human resource service enterprises and labor dispatch enterprises will face the following problems: (1) the procedure is complicated (2) the mode of social security payment may be completely "ended". Especially for companies that were not registered in Beijing ("if the actual labor unit does not exist in the system, there will be a corresponding prompt, and it will be unable to complete the insurance registration or increase the number of employees.")
